Project context

Project Scope and Feedstock Conditions

Using cup lump with approximately 30%–40% moisture, the project includes two biomass-heated drying lines and one automatic bale unloading and packaging line for TSR 10 production.

Sinyoung Equipment Scope

  • Rubber dryer: dries rubber crumbs.
  • Biomass steam boiler: supplies heat to the drying process.
  • Bale unloading robot: automatically removes rubber blocks from drying trolleys.
  • Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
  • Exhaust treatment tower: treats drying exhaust.
  • Automatic bale internal inspection machine: cuts bales for internal white-spot inspection.
  • Bale inverter: rotates bales for external inspection.
  • Automatic wrapping machine: seals the bale in an inner film bag.
