Mainland Group KIMS Rubber in Tboung Khmum uses two complete Sinyoung TSR 10 natural rubber production lines and one automatic bale unloading and packaging line. Each TSR line operates at a 320-second trolley interval, with actual capacity reaching 5.36 t/h.

Project context

Project Scope and Feedstock Conditions

Using cup lump with approximately 30%–40% moisture, the project integrates wet processing, two biomass-heated drying lines, automatic bale unloading, feeding, baling, wrapping, inspection, and downstream handling. The upstream production and downstream packaging cycles are coordinated as one plant system.

Sinyoung Equipment Scope

Rubber dryer: dries rubber crumbs.
Biomass steam boiler: supplies heat to the drying process.
Bale unloading robot: automatically removes rubber blocks from drying trolleys.
Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
Exhaust treatment tower: treats drying exhaust.
Automatic bale internal inspection machine: cuts bales for internal white-spot inspection.
Bale inverter: rotates bales for external inspection.
Automatic wrapping machine: seals the bale in an inner film bag.
