Project Scope and Feedstock Conditions

Cup lump with approximately 30%–40% moisture requires preparation, kneading, creping, and granulation to improve dewatering and crumb form before drying.

Sinyoung Equipment Scope

  • Preparation wet prebreaker: prepares incoming feedstock.
  • Wet prebreaker: breaks, kneads, and mechanically dewaters rubber.
  • Creper and shredder: provide two-stage creping and granulation to form uniform crumbs suitable for drying.
  • Four-hotspot drying equipment: dries rubber crumbs.
  • Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
