Project context

Project Scope and Feedstock Conditions

The project processes cup lump with approximately 30%–40% moisture. Sinyoung supplied feedstock preparation, wet breaking and mechanical dewatering, two-stage creping and granulation, four-hotspot drying equipment, and dual-chamber baling presses as an integrated TSR production system.

Sinyoung Equipment Scope

Preparation wet prebreaker: prepares incoming feedstock.
Wet prebreaker: breaks, kneads, and mechanically dewaters rubber.
Creper and shredder: provide two-stage creping and granulation to form uniform crumbs suitable for drying.
Four-hotspot drying equipment: dries rubber crumbs.
Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
