Project Scope and Feedstock Conditions

The project processes high-moisture cup lump through wet breaking and kneading, two-stage creping, two-stage granulation, controlled trolley drying, and baling. The equipment sequence supports continuous feeding, uniform crumb preparation, and stable production at the documented trolley interval.

Sinyoung Equipment Scope

Wet prebreaker: breaks, kneads, and mechanically dewaters rubber.
Creper: provides second-stage creping with variable-frequency speed coordination.
Shredder: provides second-stage granulation to form uniform crumbs suitable for drying.
Four-hotspot drying equipment: dries rubber crumbs.
Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
