Sinyoung Equipment Scope

  • Wet prebreaker: breaks, kneads, and mechanically dewaters rubber.
  • Creper: provides second-stage creping with variable-frequency speed coordination.
  • Shredder: provides second-stage granulation to form uniform crumbs suitable for drying.
  • Four-hotspot drying equipment: dries rubber crumbs.
  • Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
