Project context

Project Scope and Feedstock Conditions

The project is configured for high-moisture cup lump stored for extended periods. Multi-stage wet breaking and kneading, creping, granulation, trolley filling, controlled drying, and baling improve dewatering and maintain the documented production rate.

Sinyoung Equipment Scope

  • Wet prebreaker: breaks, kneads, and mechanically dewaters rubber.
  • Creper: provides second-stage creping to improve dewatering.
  • Shredder: provides second-stage granulation for fine, uniformly sized crumbs.
  • Four-hotspot drying equipment: dries rubber crumbs.
  • Dual-chamber baling press: compresses dried rubber into standard bales.
